Domestic Customers: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (with delivery confirmation) within 3 business days of cleared payment.
Custom items may take 7-10 business days to ship.
International Customers: Items will be shipped first class via USPS within 5 business days of cleared payment. Delivery confirmation and insurance is not included. Customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, etc.

That said, these matters will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied, please send me an email within 3 days of delivery. If a return is agreed upon, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If an exchange is agreed upon, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the new item. The item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition for the return to be accepted. If it is not, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
